MSS/EMS Onboarding/Service Agreement

Mission 2 Organize LLC (further referred to as M2O) will provide organizing services for

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Safety
- We embrace and encourage our employees’ and clients' differences in age, color, disability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status, as well as other characteristics that make people unique.
- Our teams enter unknown environments on a daily basis. If any of our team members feel uncomfortable for health or safety reasons at any time, they will terminate the appointment immediately with no additional charge to the client.
  - Examples of this may include but are not limited to:
    
    verbal abuse
    
    physical touching or threat thereof
    
    evidence of rodents
    
    bug infestation
    
    illegal drugs
    
    unsecured guns or ammunition
    
    child or animal abuse
    
    chemicals and fumes
- Due to insurance restrictions, M2O team members cannot be responsible for moving items heavier than 70 lbs.
  - We can recommend several different services that can assist with moving heavy items.

Confidentiality
- M2O will never sell or share your contact or financial information without your expressed permission.
- M2O staff will be taking photos and/or video to record the progress of your project.
- Inital below to give M2O permission to publish any non-identifying photographs and/or video recordings of the organizing session which may be used for any offline, online, print publicity, advertising and/or educational purposes.
Initial to agree to confidentiality terms.
Disposal
- M2O will take as many client donations as their vehicle allows.
- M2O and its staff are not responsible for any items of donation, recycling or trash that are disposed of.
- The client assumes full responsibility for the decision to dispose of any items and understands that these items can never be returned to them.
Donation receipt*
Donation receipts are processed once a month at the end of the month.
